Learn Computer Skills in Goodwill’s Computer Lab
In an effort to provide cost effective computer training, Goodwill Industries of Northwest Ohio’s workforce development department has introduced an innovative computer skills learning lab. Individuals using Goodwill's computer lab will link into the Goodwill Community Foundation Learning site. Enrollees can then access any of the tutorials such as Internet, Access, Excel Word and PowerPoint from the menu. Tutorials are available in English and Spanish for you to learn at your own pace.
Participants also may register for online classes from the menu, including, web-based lessons, assignments for submission and online class discussions. Online instructors are available to answer questions during class and provide feedback on assignments. Online classes also include a certificate of completion and continuing education credits.
This is an excellent learning opportunity for individuals wanting to enhance their employability by maintaining or learning new skills.

Future plans include offering this service at many of our retail locations throughout Northwest Ohio.
Lab Includes:
- Use of Internet accessible computers.
- Use of laser printer to copy course materials, tests.
Certificate of completion for tutorials/online courses completed successfully.
