Workforce Development

Workforce Development (WFD) is our Mission Services department. Our full time staff members work with consumers in Vocational Evaluation, Assistive Technology or Job Placement. The work of this department is the heart of what Goodwill is about. All of our consumers have a disability of some kind. Disabilities can be physical, developmental, mental health, or emotional. Most consumers have more than one disability, and often have work related barriers, such as a criminal record or not having worked in over a year.
