National Disability Employment Awareness Month

This year’s theme for NDEAM, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” recognizes the value and talent American workers with disabilities add to our workplaces and highlights their achievements both past and present. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports that in 2024, 22.7% of Americans with disabilities were employed — the highest recorded ratio since comparable data was first collected in 2008.
