Scott vs Rogers – Pass It On Challenge Week 8

It’s time for the Goodwill “Pass it on Challenge” brought to you by 13abc! The “Goodwill Pass it on Challenge” is a friendly competition each week between two local high schools that battle off the field in a donation drive benefiting Goodwill Industries of Northwest Ohio.   The proceeds from these donations help fund job training and job placement for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.  James Starks promotes the Challenge on 13abc.

There will be a trailer at each school collecting clothing, household items and furniture donations, beginning the week prior to the game from Monday through Thursday, 2pm-6pm.  Receipts for the tax-deductible donation will also be available for donors.

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!  Show your schools Pass It On Challenge spirit via social media (FB, Insta & Twitter)!  Each photo submitted to your own social media networks with Goodwill tagged @GoodwillNow will earn 100 pounds!  Students, faculty and parents can simply upload photos of them boxing/bagging up donations or dropping off donations at the trailer.  These photos will help promote your donation drive.

The school that has collected the most weight from donors by game day will be announced as the winner of that week’s challenge.  Goodwill and 13abc will provide the winning school with a $500 scholarship and the runner-up will receive a $250 scholarship!
